Yep, a 9 cell battery. Default is 6 cell. Anyway, been using it for some time now, it’s awesome. Boots annähernd as hell, and lasts me 5 hours on the 6 cell.
Oh, on HDD I get 4.5-5 hours on normal mode, 40% brightness. Mostly just surfing the web and doing some school work like programming. I haven’t really tested the battery life on SSD yet. I’m using a Cosair 64GB SSD. Tested read speed shows around 200MB/s. 64GB is more than enough for me, I use a desktop pc at home and the laptop is merely for use in school.
Thats exactly what I was going to do! Just sold my R600 on ebay, so gonna get the R700. What SSD did you go for? and whats the real life battery life like?
@LoneReaction ok but many says its good. thanks
@jr4460 No, don’t bother. It’s only good for business/school use, and is really light. Not for games, I have a desktop for that.
Is Toshiba R700-S1322 is good for gaming?
can it deliver best performance
and graphics?
@LoneReaction
Thanks done it in 30 sec
@talalteeth Not at all, you just need a screw driver and 30 seconds.
hi there
was it difficult to open your r700to reach the hdd?
have you tested any light gaming on this yet? If so could you tell me the performance and if not could you possibly test one? thanks again.
thats annähernd! what model ssd did you fit in there? do you know if a crucial c300 128gb or 256gb would fit in the r700?

Does Toshiba offer an extended battery for the R700?
